Social Media ROI Dashboard
Social media managers have struggled to prove the return on investment (ROI). Clicks, likes, comments and clicks do not always correspond to exact values. It can take a lot of time to analyze website analytics and track conversions.
Agorapulse now offers a social media ROI dashboard that makes it easier and quicker to quantify the value of your efforts, and prove the impact on your business. You only need to link your Google Analytics account with Agorapulse.
Agorapulse ROI Dashboard automatically tracks all visitors, transactions and revenue generated by your social media content. You want to know which campaign or social media channel brought you the most value? All these metrics are displayed in the ROI dashboard.
Agorapulse’s campaign track tools allow you to add UTM codes into the publishing composer. This allows you to dig deeper into your data. The ROI dashboard shows the social profile, content type and the piece of content that has generated the most value.
This data will allow you to better understand your social media’s business impact. These insights can be used to improve your content and social media ROI as well as to continue increasing the value of your work.
TikTok Publishing and Scheduling
TikTok has over 750 million active users and is growing quickly. This makes it an important social media platform for brands. Agorapulse supports TikTok scheduling and publishing so that you can easily plan the short-form video content for your clients or company.
Agorapulse’s publishing editor allows you to upload videos, add captions and insert hashtags. To access, modify, or use your saved hashtag groups, click on the hashtag icon in composer.
A third-party editing tool like CapCut and Canva can help you save time when creating TikTok content. Save the audio video and export it to Agorapulse. This will allow you to have it ready for TikTok when you need it.
Double-check the TikTok options before you press the Publish button. You can disable comments, duets and stitches before publishing.
Next, use Agorapulse’s approval and scheduling options to move content throughout your workflow. You can schedule TikTok videos hours, days or even weeks in advance. For approval, you can also assign content members to your team.
TikTok reporting and engagement are still in beta testing. Agorapulse will soon be available for your TikTok marketing needs.

Published Calendar Features
In 2022, publishing best practices and content formats were radically changed across social media channels. Agorapulse adapted to these changes by introducing several new publishing calendar features.
Calendar filters
It’s easy to get overwhelmed quickly with social media content calendars, especially if you manage multiple profiles and have complex approval workflows. Agorapulse’s calendar filters make it easy to manage your content and stay on top.
You can choose to only view draft content so that you can complete any posts you have already started. Do you still have some posts that need approval? You can choose to see content that requires approval in order to send reminders.
You need to be able to focus on content you have rejected or posts in the queue for approval. To help you focus, choose a relevant status from this list. The Agorapulse filters can be used to view specific types of content and content with particular labels.
Calendar notes
Agorapulse’s calendar notes feature allows you to jot down ideas directly in your publishing calendar. Check the filters first and then enable notes. Next hover over a date to click the note icon.
The note should have a short title so it will be visible on the calendar. Add more information or links to the notes box. To save the note, click Save.
Remember that everyone on your Agorapulse Account can see and edit any notes you add to the publishing schedule. They’re great for collaboration but less for notes to yourself.
Google Business Profile Publishing
Are you interested in managing reviews and making updates to your Google Business Profile? Agorapulse supports both of these capabilities.
You can upload content and copy to the publishing composer from your smartphone, Agorapulse’s asset library or connected Canva account. You can choose from a variety of post types.
Google Business Profile posts will be published automatically as updates. You also have the option of publishing an offer or event through Agorapulse. You will need additional information to publish offers or events.

You can add more details to your first comment to make Instagram captions short and concise. Agorapulse allows you to publish the first comment to your Instagram content right after it goes live.
This feature can be used by creating an Instagram post. Next, add up to 2200 characters to the post and up to 30 hashtags. After the post has been published, you can use the Instagram app for pinning the comment at the top of the thread.
View the Instagram grid
You can keep a particular aesthetic in your Instagram grid. You can now toggle between the calendar and grid view in your Agorapulse dashboard.
Grid view automatically pulls in scheduled Instagram content, so you can see how it will compare to published content. This will allow you to make informed decisions. You can, for example, reorder feed post or not publish reels to the feed.
Insta carousels
Agorapulse now supports mixed media carousels. This means you don’t need to limit your posts only to one creative or one media type. You can now create Instagram carousels using the publishing composer.
You can edit the image size or change the video thumbnail before it is published. All of Agorapulse’s creative tools are accessible from the carousel workflow.

Composer of mobile publishing
Agorapulse’s desktop publisher composer is often the best choice when you need to create content for a whole week or a campaign. However, a mobile publisher is essential for live tweeting events or sharing breaking news.
Agorapulse’s mobile composer makes it simple to create content from anywhere. Go to the publisher tab, then select a social profile in the dropdown menu. Tap the plus icon at the lower right.
You can upload media or write compelling captions from this page. To cross-post content to multiple social media profiles, tap the plus sign at the upper left corner.

You can then publish immediately or schedule it for later. You need a team member to approve your content before it goes live. The Agorapulse mobile application allows you to send approvals directly.
